Our Production Planner sits beside your ERP and uses it as the system of record. We just make planning easier for your operations teams.
We went from juggling three Excel files to having a single source of truth. Everyone from the plant head to the supervisors can see what is happening in real time. No more surprises, no more missed deliveries.
Why we built this
After building custom planning tools for several discrete manufacturing plants, we noticed the same patterns emerging again and again.
Plants were struggling with Excel chaos, poor visibility into capacity, and constant firefighting. SAP and other ERPs are great for finance and inventory, but they were not solving the daily planning headaches on the shop-floor.
So we turned the best ideas from those custom projects into a reusable product that works for crimping lines, assembly operations, fabrication shops, and more.
